Are fees refundable and under what conditions?

Program fees are non-refundable once your Challenge or Funded Account has been activated.
Refunds are granted only if:

• required by law (e.g., payment-processor chargebacks), or

• SpiceProp cancels your program before you begin trading.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Spice 3-Step does not include a challenge fee refund after successful completion. Neither the initial 30% payment nor the remaining 70% payment is refunded as a reward for passing the challenge. The 150% Refund add-on is not available for this program.

This is separate from cancellation refunds or refunds required by law.
